I want to cancel my order.
Orders Placed Today
You can cancel an order placed Today as long as you cancel by 5:00pm (PST).
Orders Placed Before Today
If you want to cancel an order placed before Today, we will charge you for the custom made basecoat.
For example, you placed an order yesterday for a spray can. Today you decide you do not want it. You will still be charged the basecoat (plus midcoat if this was a tricoat) price.

Why do you have this Policy?
When we receive a paint order, we start formulating the paint as soon as possible and thus incur time and material expenses. All orders are custom made for you. With hundreds of thousands of colors, they cannot just be put back on the shelf awaiting a new buyer. Our company strives to process orders as quickly as possible.
