Since so many i3 shades are packed with metallic pearls-like Ionic Silver or Mineral Grey-you need to treat your touch-up bottle like a snow globe. Shake it for a full 60 seconds to wake up those tiny metallic flakes so they don't all stay at the bottom of the bottle. When you're ready to fix a chip, don't use the big brush attached to the cap; it's usually too clumsy. Instead, use the tip of a toothpick to "dab" the paint into the center of the chip.
