What to Watch For

Before you start, you'll need to find your paint code. It's usually perched on one of the front strut towers under the hood, but on some models, it likes to play hide-and-seek on the driver-side inner fender, sometimes tucked behind the black plastic ECU box. It is much easier to add a second light layer later than it is to deal with a giant, runny blob of Jet Black on your fender.
