It went smooth although, it would be nice to be able to ask a quick question by phone if needed. Loyalty to a company starts with excellent phone support. Otherwise your just another click of the mouse.

Went smoothly. I would really stress that you have people check the color code on their car vs. using the words on your website as color titles often don't sync up with the general color of the car (i.e., my car is a blue variant color but the words used on the website are slate...
