I had an outstanding experience with PaintScratch and their customer service truly went above and beyond. From the very beginning, they worked diligently to make sure I received the exact right paint for my project-and they did it incredibly fast. They were able to color-match the body color of my 1999 vehicle perfectly, and the match was absolutely spot on. That level of accuracy on an older vehicle is impressive and gave me a lot of confidence in their expertise. We did have a small oversight and hiccup between what I ordered and what was initially delivered, but PaintScratch corrected it immediately-no questions asked. Their team was professional, courteous, responsive, and genuinely committed to making things right. In a world where customer service can often feel like an afterthought, PaintScratch proved that for them, it is a forethought and a core value.
