Easy and quick, I hope it matches the paint.

Great overall communication and experience. The bottle was leaking slightly in the sealed bag was the only issue.

Ordered paint pen for touch up work. Shipped within a week, then got lost in transit evidently. Finally received order a couple weeks later after calling customer service and asking for a tracking number. Haven't got to use pen(s) yet but at least ordering process was fairly easy...
