Ordered from you folks before and satisfied with your products, instructions, and customer service. Website is easy to use and lots of products and accessories to make our car repairs thorough and great.

Ordered paint pen for touch up work. Shipped within a week, then got lost in transit evidently. Finally received order a couple weeks later after calling customer service and asking for a tracking number. Haven't got to use pen(s) yet but at least ordering process was fairly easy...
