Not this time

This is the second paint pencil I have purchased as I am matching ' 50's cars paint colors to the parts I am restoring. This time however, the paint match was for a '55 Plymouth in Tampa Turquoise, but when applied looked light blue with no turquoise. I'm not downgrading my top rating because these paints are very hard to match and Paint Scratch is such a good source for these extremely hard to find colors.
