Extremely easy to order and tremendous communication at every step of the way. I was quite impressed that the name of the paint color for every make and model of vehicle I had (I ordered three different kits for three different vehicles) was in their database. That gave me a lot of confidence to do business with them. The how-to videos are wonderful. I have not yet touch up my paint on my vehicle, but looking forward to it.
