The color match was good, and the process was simple.

I have a scratch on the painted bumper. The scratch exposed the gray plastic under the paint.
I filled the scratch with several layers of touch up paint. The scratch didn't disappear, but the touch up paint helped to hide the scratch so it's not so noticeable.
