How long should I wait between coats?
Apply light coats and let each coat dry before the next one. Follow the product directions for the exact timing because temperature, humidity, and coat thickness affect dry time.

Paint pens can release too much paint if the tip is pressed too hard or held down too long. Use light pressure, test on scrap material first, and wipe extra paint from the tip before touching the vehicle.
Primer goes on bare metal, plastic, or filler first. Basecoat color goes over the prepared primer or existing finish, and clearcoat goes over the basecoat when the color requires gloss and protection.
Metallic paint can look darker when it is applied too wet, too thick, or without the same spray pattern as the factory finish. Use lighter coats and allow each coat to dry.
Give the repair time to cure before polishing or waxing. Check the product directions before using compound, polish, or wax on fresh touch-up paint.
Avoid cold, damp, or very humid conditions. Paint flows, dries, and cures best in a clean, dry, moderate-temperature area.

The order was handled in a timely manner and the paint kit received promptly. This is my second time to order from PaintScratch and I'm very satisfied with the quality of the paint and the overall experience.
Perfect color match. Very happy. Price was OK. Shipping was OK. The color match was the most important thing. PaintScratch came through.
I have successfully used this paint on my Lexus RX 300 years ago and it still looks great. I just bought a second round since I now have another Lexus that could use a touchup. Thanks for a great product!
