The USPS has not been updating their tracking system. We have had numerous packages
delivered with tracking only showing Shipping Label Created, USPS Awaiting Item. Plus they are taking longer than ever to deliver packages.
We apologize for the inconvenience and ask for your patience. Please be assured we have shipped your package!
As an example, look at the tracking below We shipped this on April 23, 2025 but the USPS listed it as USPS Awaiting Item until May 8, 2025! This was the FIRST tracking update even
though the package had been in transit the entire time!
As our customer, it makes you think we never shipped the package! So here is what the tracking showed:
