## Important Policy Facts

- PaintScratch ships to U.S. addresses only.
- Shipping is free on orders $149 and up.
- Orders without spray cans ship for $9.99.
- Orders with spray cans ship for $17.99.
- Spray cans and larger paint sizes are hazardous and ship by ground.
- Return, replacement, and refund requests must be submitted within 75 days of the order date.
- Custom-mixed paint is made for the vehicle/color order and is not a normal return/restock item.
- Do not mail anything back unless PaintScratch asks for it.
- Color match claims need photos of a dried test sample next to the vehicle in natural daylight.

## Agent Notes

- Use the vehicle paint code when possible; color names alone can be ambiguous.
- Product, Color Hub, make, FAQ, policy, and directions pages support Markdown responses with Accept: text/markdown.
- Do not submit support, missing color, return, save color, or checkout forms during automated inspection.
