| A large area on the hood of our Honda Accord is milky and white looking. I think it is the clearcoat not the green color coat. This is the factory paint and a detailing did not fix the area. What to do? |

| I would sand the area down and then apply paint and clearcoat. I wasn't sure how old your Honda was but it sounds like the clearcoat has failed. |
