| I have a few rock chips on the hood of my less than 6 months old silver car. I attempted to do a touch up with your product. I did a bad job. I want to start over. I got some of the paint on the existing unchipped paint. I know you can use the automotive lacquer thinner to remove touch up paint but I'm afraid it will remove the good paint also. What's the correct way to remove it? The thinner or perhaps sandpaper? |

Well, I'm happy to report the lacquer thinner did no harm to the factory paint. It just did a good job of removing the touch up paint. Thanks paintscratch!  |
