A couple questions before I order my paint and tackle this job:

1. If it's on your site and I missed it sorry, but what is the proper distance between the spray can and the surface to be painted?

2. As far as blending, what is the best way to thin out the coat as you move away from the repaired area? Do you simply increase the distance between the spray can and surface?

Thanks!

1) About 12-18 inches.

2) Yes, increase the distance.
