I have a 1997 Mazda Protege LX. The paint on the roof started to fade a while ago, and now well, its very noticeable. What worries me is that the hood paint is starting to fade too. The car is almost ten years old and i dont feel like spending a whole lot of money on the paint, thats when i saw paintscratch website and saw the base and clear coat spray cans. |

The clearcoat is coming off. This is caused by poor adhesion to the basecoat and/or primer. To fix this right you will need to sand down to the primer at least. Then you need to spray primer, basecoat, and clearcoat from scratch. Please see: |
