I was wondering what was needed besides the basecoat and clearcoat for a primiered piece. Do I need the rubbing compound and lacquer thinner? And can you explain the process of how to use the rubbing compound with the spray paint?

You need lacquer thinner if you buying paint in bulk (pints, quarts etc) because the paint is thinned 1:1 before you spray it using your gun/compressor.
Rubbing compound is used on the clearcoat to polish out any imperfections, orange peel, etc. |

| Use should also use Bulldog Adhesion Promoter (we sell it on our site) as it makes the paint really adhere well. |
