Some idiot in an SUV knocked in to my new 2006 Civic, causing the damage that you see to my door.
The collision shop is charging $
18 to repair the damage.
Does anyone have any experience with this type of damage?  If you do I would greatly appreciate your advice on fixing the damage to the door.
The door was not dented but the molding was stripped of the paint in two spots, which explains the white marks.
Honda charges 39 for a new unpainted molding which I am more than willing to paint and replace myself.
P.S. If possible please include what materials/pains I would require.

Some of the smaller nicks and scratches could be touched up with a
paint pen. Please see https://www.paintscratch.com/whatorder.htm#scratch for more information.

The larger ares should be sprayed. Please see:
