is it normail for the base coat to dry darker? Color doesnet look like it matches. |

If it is a metallic paint, yes. See https://www.paintscratch.com/touch-up-paint-directions/blend.htm for more info on this as metallic paints should be blended if your are spraying the paint. Touching up metallics with a brush or paint pen only works for very small areas. |
