My rear bumper cover has had an unfortunate encounter with a green metal fence.  I was very lucky in that actual damage is very minor, but there is a ton of green paint from the fence on the bumper cover... any good advice on how to best remove it without damaging the finish underneath or the bumper cover itself?

| You can use rubbing compound to remove the extra paint. It will take it right off and actually shine the underlying paint. |
