Hi,
Looks like somebody didn't take parking lessons correctly and scratched my car(2005 Honda Civic) at driver side's rear tire. From whatever I have read from your website, it looks like basecoat is removed (since I can see black metal). I am not sure what to order though.
Here are couple of pictures of the scratches

Will 1oz paint kit do the job ?

Yes, the 1 once kit should be fine. And any unpainted surface should
be primed so do order primer too.
