I got my bumper & fender respray at a autoshop.  The paint job is ok.  But somehow whole car becomes sandy when you touch.  What's wrong?  I have washed my car twice, but make no difference...Applied wax, no difference...

What need to be done?  Do I need to find other car detailer to fix it? ??)

It sounds like there was overspray. You may wish to consult with the shop
that painted your bumper.

Yes, he did overspary...I used Clay to clean up my car, getting a bit better (some of area).  He is kind of refusing me.  Saying he is busy, suck etc...all kind of bull mess reason.

Can a buff & polish fix this issue?  My friend suggested me to use  compound.  What is better way?

Clay is good for very fine polishing.
