Hi, I want to mold my fender flares onto the body of my car but i dont know how exactly to do it. I know i have to sand the areas or else the bondo wont stick on the surface good. The car is a 2004 so the existing paint is still strong and good. What grit sand paper should i use around the fender flare area? And should i use primer with flex additives? the fender is metal but the flare is urethane. Thanx for your help.

Usually you sand bondo with 80 grit to start and then finish out with 220. You should use a primer with flex on the area as it will stick to both.
