I am looking at buying a used bumper cover for 2002 jetta.
The bumper is already painted , but (murphy's law) it is silver and my Jetta is white.
How many cans of paint will it take to paint the bumper & Grill?
Do I need to reprime or can I paint over paint? |

| Each spray can covers about six square feet so measure it out. I would sand the bumper well and then if the existing paint is in good condition, go ahead and paint right over it. |
