Hello all,
I have had the Elcamino's cousin a (GMC Sprint) for about 4 years now. The paint on it now is ok but from the person I bought it from tells me it's a single stage paint. From what I gather it's a paint that has no clearcoat on it. what can I do to give it a deeper gloss? I use meguiars on it. Is there a special compound for single stage paints? From what I understand it's painted Hotrod Red. Any help would be appreciated.

You can use rubbing compound and wax to deepen the shiine. As far as a special compound for single stage paint, we are unaware of such a product. |
